Head Coach

Ranked in the Top 10 Athletes in F45 Australia, Toni has over 5 years’ experience in the fitness industry. An ex professional football player, Toni has always had a passion for sports. After completing a Certificate 3 and 4 in Fitness and a Master Trainer Level 1, Toni began his next great passion; improving the lives of individuals through health and fitness.

Paulo

Coach

Coach Paulo has over 12 years experience in the fitness industry, and brings a unique style of training to StepUp with his signature Ankorr sessions. Taking part in both Crossfit and F45 competitions, Paulo focuses on living and instilling a healthy lifestyle among his community.

Antoine

Coach & Chiropractor

Coach Antoine is a Chiropractor and Sports Therapist who specialises in the treatment of musculoskeletal conditions and sports injuries. A passionate sports enthusiast, Antoine focuses on providing effective rehabilitation solutions for both injury prevention and recovery, getting athletes of all levels back into training as quickly as possible!

Coach

Coach Abraham has been an athlete for over 15 years and is an ex-international rugby league player. He holds a Cert III and IV in Fitness and is using this, together with his experience, to help others reach their full potential as a fitness coach.
